How can I close my account, and what happens to my funds?

To close your account with XS:

Withdraw Funds: Ensure that all your funds are withdrawn from the account before requesting closure.
Send Closure Request: Email [email protected] from your registered email address with your account closure request.

Once these steps are completed, our team will process your request accordingly.
