XS VIP benefits may vary depending on the region, may change from one quarter to another, and are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.

The main idea of the program is to provide an exclusive and unique experience, which includes a surprise factor.

To become a member of XS VIP Program, you must meet the qualification criteria of a specific VIP tier.

Each XS VIP tier has unique requirements for the total gross deposits, and the quarterly trading volume. Both criteria must be met to be eligible to become a member of the relevant tier.

This tier includes all the benefits of the XS VIP 3 Stars tier, but additionally, you will have a Dedicated Account Manager and additional Lifestyle Benefits.

This tier includes all the benefits of the XS VIP 3, 4, & 5 Stars tiers, but additionally, you will have access to Customized Research, Special Preferred Trading Conditions, a Qualification Gift, and the possibility to join our Yearly Trip.

XS VIP Qualification Reward is a cash reward that will be credited to your XS wallet every quarter that you qualify as a member of XS VIP program.

The reward amount will vary depending on the VIP tier, and may change from one quarter to another.

The reward amount can be withdrawn or used for trading without any additional conditions.

VIP qualification follows a calendar quarter system, based on server time. While the exact time is not strictly enforced, there may be some flexibility for marginal cases.

"Lifestyle Benefits" are member-only perks tailored to enhance your lifestyle. The details of these experiences are updated each quarter and may differ based on the VIP tier and country.

"Enhanced Trading Analytics" are in-depth market insights and analysis exclusively for VIP members. These reports are released quarterly and may vary in content based on the VIP tier, country, and language.

is an exclusive annual experience organized by XS for VIP clients. It may be a group or individual trip. XS reserves the right to decide the details of the trip each year. To qualify, you must maintain a 6-star or 7-star VIP status for at least two quarters within the year.

XS VIP Program is designed to reward the most active and loyal traders each quarter. Hence, qualification to the program is calculated every quarter of a calendar year. At the end of each quarter, the traders who fulfilled specific conditions during the previous quarter, will receive an XS VIP status, which entitles them to exclusive benefits depending on their VIP tier.

On 1 April, we will check the below:

Trading volume between January 1 - March 31.

Total gross deposits (lifetime).

If your numbers meet the qualification criteria of a specific VIP tier, you will get VIP status, which entitles you to receive the benefits of this tier for the period from April 1 - June 30.

This is the first tier in the XS VIP Program where you will be eligible for a variety of exclusive benefits, including: Qualification Reward, Special Promotions & Campaigns, Priority Customer Support, Exclusive Educational Materials, Enhanced Trading Analytics, AI Trading Analysis Reports, and Preferred Trading Conditions (General).

This tier includes all the benefits of the XS VIP 3 & 4 Stars tiers, but additionally, you will have access to One-to-One Consultation with our Experts and additional Unique Experiences.

This is the most prestigious XS VIP tier, presenting first-class benefits, including: Meeting with Top Management, Advanced Preferred Trading Conditions, and an End-of-Year Surprise.

Each quarter XS will run special campaigns designed exclusively for XS VIP clients, where only clients with VIP status will be eligible to participate.

This benefit allows you to request us to provide you with research about a specific pair or trading instrument customized for you.

If you qualify, you will be notified via email within 15 working days after the end of each quarter. Additionally, a VIP status tag will appear in the client portal, indicating your tier. No action is needed on your part to activate your benefits.

To qualify for the VIP program, you must meet both the deposit and trading volume requirements. Partial fulfilment of the criteria will not grant VIP status.

Currently, real-time progress tracking is not available in your client portal, but this feature will be introduced soon. In the meantime, you'll receive email notifications if you’re close to qualifying, or you can contact support for an update.

Once you qualify for a VIP tier, your VIP status is valid for the following quarter. To keep it, you’ll need to meet the trading volume requirement again.

Yes, both USD and JPY wallets are counted. Your total deposits and trading volume across all linked accounts will be included in the calculation. For deposits, all external funds added to your XS wallet under a single client profile will be summed. Similarly, for trading volume, the combined trading activity from all accounts linked to your client portal will be taken into account.

Yes, you’ll get an email within 15 working days after the end of each quarter. Your VIP status will also be visible in your client portal.

Yes, all previous deposits made to your wallet will still be considered.

Your deposits and trading volume are tied to your client profile (CID). If you have multiple CIDs, each is calculated separately, and balances cannot be combined. Once a CID is terminated, it cannot be reactivated, and previous deposits linked to that CID won’t be counted.

"Unique Experiences" are special activities invitations that aim to create lifetime memories for you. The details of these experiences are updated each quarter and may differ based on the VIP tier and country.

The "One-to-One Expert Consultation" enables you to have exclusive One-to-One session with one of our professional experts. This personalized consultation includes an analysis of your trading style, answers to your trading-related questions, and guidance on avoiding common mistakes.

The "Customized Research" is a tailored market analysis report created by our experts upon request. This service offers personalized insights to meet your specific trading needs.

is a special reward for top-tier VIP members. XS reserves the right to decide the details of the surprise each year. To qualify for the surprise, you must hold a 7-star VIP status for at least two quarters during the year. Allow us to surprise you at the end of the year.
